BIG SIG’S PRESSURE WASHING
Deck and Fence Cleaning
Wooden deck and fencing washing with attention to the wood, existing finish and condition. Discuss your outdoor wood surfaces with Big Sig’s.
Cleaning wooden decks and fences
Deck and fence cleaning addresses dirt and buildup on suitable outdoor wood surfaces. Tell us about the type of wood if known, its age, any existing stain or paint and the parts you want cleaned. A weathered deck, painted fence and newer treated timber can need different approaches.
Choose the service according to the material and the condition of the property. You can include several services in one estimate request, but the agreed scope should identify each area and the appropriate approach. The gallery and customer reviews provide additional context for learning about Big Sig’s.
Distinguish cleaning from refinishing
Cleaning does not automatically include stripping every coating, staining, sealing, replacing boards or repairing railings. Point out splintering, rot, loose fasteners and peeling finishes before work is discussed. If another contractor will apply a new coating, coordinate preparation and drying requirements with that contractor and the product instructions.
Prepare the area without taking unnecessary risks
Describe access under or around the deck, nearby landscaping, outdoor furniture and any pets in an enclosed yard. Ask what should be moved and which areas should remain clear. The cleaning plan should identify the surfaces and finish to preserve. It should not promise that weathered wood will return to a brand-new appearance or specify one drying period for all conditions.
